This place is such a blessing.made me want to get a job there and become part of the floor. The staff are so unique in there own ways . Who ever trains these people really seem like there is a major difference in a lot of likings .I could tell you some stories but I don't want my review removed! Trust me man it's the place for mental health and drug and alcohol. I truly loved the staff so much that I would call and try and get them going just to get a reaction and see how they would handle the situation. I LOVE THEM. .the docs all man.the greatest men I'm sure I'll ever meet. Truly there presents is so inspiring. I havnt used since I left over 3 years ago or more. You think in crazy but often i want to call then up and lie just to go back and chill out.LOL..🤔

My sister was a patient here. I was highly impressed with how well the staff handled her as an individual. They truly cared about her getting stabilized on her medication. Most places she had been admitted to just wanted to "drug" her so she would sleep all day. She is developmentally delayed with multiple personalities. So she has the mind of a 3-5 year old even though she is 32. The staff was amazing with her. She was discharged and now is in an apartment with 24 hour staffing and no relapses. We need more places like this that can and will help individuals with disabiliites and mental health at the same time.

A lot of people complain about the staff, if you offered people a schedule along with the pay you could be pickier about who you hire in. You would find better people if you could offer a schedule vs on call. Some people would be great workers but can’t do on call! Just an option 🙂

Half the staff had no compassion in my opinion if you have no compassion you don't belong in any facilities that deal with addicts mentally challenged etc.. One of the doctors was an ass his brother very nice. Scotti my case manager very nice. Therapist Bill, Mike. Shawn, very understanding Bill was awesome. Misty on charge nurse not so compassionate. I'd recommend it to anyone needing help.

My name is Katherine allee. I was in Cambridge hospital last year. I was 82 pounds and had been using heroin for two years prior. My organs were all failing and I couldn't eat or walk. After caimbrige some of the staff never left my mind. I am now, 120lbs, healthy and happy. I am going to be attending college this spring. If anyone (staff wise) reads this review and you remember me I would love to hear back from you.
